Objective
Kossan andits Group of Companies are committed to promote and maintain high standards of transparency accountability, ethics and integrity in conducting its business processes and operation.
Policy
Our Whistleblowing Policy provides an avenue for all Kossan employees and the general public to raise concerns about malpractice or improper conduct and explain how Kossan will respond.
Scope of Policy
Malpractice or improper conduct covers a wide range of concerns, included but not limited to the following:
- Fraud, corruption, bribery or theft;
- Abuse of power;
- Failure to comply with legal or regulatory obligations;
- Misuse of the Company’s funds or assets;
- Unsafe work practices or substantial wasting of company resources;
- Endangerment of an individual, public or environment’s health or safety;
- Attempt to conceal any of the above listed acts.
Confidentiality and Protection
All information given by the Whistleblower shall be dealt with strict confidence. The whistleblower who has raised a good concern in good faith will be protected under Whistleblower Protection Act 2010 from any form of retaliation, harassment or victimization.
Violation
If the claim of malpractice or misconduct is substantiated, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against the responsible individual.
Any allegations were made in bad faith by the whistleblower will also result in disciplinary action.
